It rained for 5 days straight. And when I say rained...I mean poured and dumped! Our back yard flooded and our shed with our bikes flooded. But, the back yard was very fun to play in! This is the "before" shot of Davis, and I didn't manage to get and "after" shot, but I am sure you can imagine what he may have looked like.
When it rains and there is no sun, it is very cold and this is all we have to heat our concrete and brick house....about 5 of these puppies.
They do well to heat a small room just enough so that you are not freezing but not enough to really feel warm and cozy. However, we since learned that they will send your electricity bill through the roof when we received our quarterly electricity bill for $1400! So, the heaters are off and we are trying to get used to living in a meat locker for now.
